Our Seasonal Forecast Bulletin provides an outlook of expected rainfall and temperature conditions for the upcoming season. It highlights key climate drivers, including ENSO and the Indian Ocean Dipole, and presents rainfall forecasts for different parts of the country using statistical and dynamic climate prediction models. The bulletin also provides sector-specific advisories for water, agriculture, disaster risk reduction, public health, infrastructure, transport, power, and communication services to support early planning, preparedness, and risk reduction across Namibia.
